VINIFICATION: White vinification. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Aging occurred in stainless steel barrels.

COLOR: Straw yellow

BOUQUET: Fruit, spice and mineral, with herbal notes.

FLAVOR: Fresh wine with a delicate fruity touch (white peach), spice notes (white pepper) and mineral notes with a slight salinity.

 

PAIR WITH: Grilled and oven-baked fish, seafood, tempura, white meat, vegetables risotto, fresh cheese.

ALCOHOL: 12% vol

VINIFICATION: After being destemmed, the grapes fermented and macerated on the skins for 10 days in open vats, with daily repeated pigeage. Aging occurred in stainless steel barrels.

COLOR: Ruby red

BOUQUET: Persistent notes of red fruits and herbs

FLAVOR: Red fruits notes with hints of minerals. Refosco gives the wine a fresh and slightly tannic touch, which is balanced out by Merlot’s velvety notes.
